Mr. Singal is the Founder and President of Valtus Capital Group and has over 25 years of investment banking experience.  He is an expert in merger and acquisition advisory, capital raising and debt restructuring.  Mr. Singal began his career in New York City and Los Angeles, spending 10 years at Lehman Brothers and Bear Stearns working in the real estate, lodging and gaming group and private equity group.

Mr. Singal went to business school at the University of Southern California before beginning his career in investment banking.  Mr. Singal is married with two children and is a contributor to the Southern Highlands Charitable Foundation and Three Square charities.

Donny Perach is Managing Director of Valtus Capital and has over 10 years of finance and principal investment experience with extensive practice in mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, private placements and restructurings across a variety of industries including the real estate, gaming, hospitality and transportation sectors.

Prior to Valtus Capital, Mr. Perach served as Vice President of Investments and Real Estate for Marnell Companies and was responsible for evaluating investment opportunities within the strategic investment division of Marnell Companies, and was involved in the acquisition, disposition and asset management of projects within company’s real estate and gaming portfolios.

Prior to joining Marnell Companies, Mr. Perach worked in KeyBank’s investment banking division within the Real Estate Private Equity Group in New York City. In addition, Mr. Perach also worked within Hartford Mezzanine Investors I, a joint venture mezzanine finance fund co-managed by KeyBank Real Estate Capital and Hartford Investment Management in Seattle, WA and within KeyBank’s Income Property division in Las Vegas, NV. Subsequent to his work at KeyBank, Mr. Perach served as Finance Associate for Monument Capital, the parent company for Astoria Homes in Las Vegas, NV at the time, the largest private residential real estate development company in southern Nevada.

Storm Ainsley is Senior Vice President at Valtus Capital Group. Prior to joining Valtus, Storm worked in Corporate Finance at Caesars Entertainment, one of the world’s largest gaming and entertainment companies. While there, he focused on evaluating and executing on strategic and M&A opportunities; and helped restructure the company’s balance sheet through capital raises which included secured and unsecured bonds, convertible notes, bank financing, and equity. Storm started his investment banking career in New York City, interning with HSBC. Storm received a B.S. in Finance from Cornell University.

Imran Jiwa is the Vice President at Valtus Capital Group. Prior to joining Valtus, Imran was the Senior Vice President of Freed Corp, one of Canada’s largest real estate developers focused on large-scale projects, hotels and resorts, and service companies. Imran is highly respected across the real estate private equity, development and hospitality industries having closed the largest hotel and logging transaction in Canada in 2021 ($350 MN) and having raised $1.5 BN of debt and equity financing for real estate projects. Imran currently serves on several profit and non-profit boards and is a graduate of the University of Waterloo.

Anthony Gord is an Associate at Valtus Capital Group. Prior to joining, Anthony served as Finance Manager for his family-owned business, where he maintained company accounting records and provided financial forecasts to senior management. Prior to that, Anthony completed internships at two investment banks, Union Gaming Securities, a boutique firm focused exclusively on global gaming, and InvestmentBank.com, a web-based firm focused on merging technology with traditional investment banking. Anthony received a B.S.B.A in Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Avery Shopsowitz is an Associate at Valtus Capital Group. Prior to joining Valtus, Mr. Shopsowitz was the lead Associate of Investments and Finance at Republic Developments, one of Canada’s fastest growing real estate developers focused on mixed-use residential projects. While at Republic, he was responsible for leading acquisitions, capital raising, investor relations, asset management and all finance-oriented activities. Mr. Shopsowitz started his banking career in Toronto, interning with HSBC on the Real Estate desk. Avery received a BComm in Finance & Real Estate from Ryerson University.

Rutt Premsrirut is a Principal Partner of Valtus Real Estate LLC, which is a licensed Nevada real estate broker, and is also a Senior Advisor with Valtus Capital. Mr. Rutt Premsrirut has over 14 years of real estate investment and brokerage experience. Prior to forming Valtus Real Estate LLC, Mr. Premsrirut was the Vice President of a family-owned company, Prem International Inc., in which he assisted the management by advising several hundred million dollars of transactions. On the principal side, over $50 million of real estate assets currently remains in co-management. Mr. Premsrirut also acts as a Senior Advisor to one of Asia’s top multi-billion dollar conglomerates, Lippo Group. Recent transactions include the tallest building in the western United States, the US Bank Tower in Downtown LA, for $367.5m.

Prior to joining Valtus, Mr. Premsrirut assisted his family and previous investors in assembling numerous parcels in the Vegas Valley, particularly in the southwest in an area currently known as Mountain’s Edge, owned by Focus Property Group. Also, while at Prem International Inc., he was involved in the assemblage of 3,500 acres in Sandy Valley, CA, which his family now controls. The Premsrirut family and previous investors generated significant returns capitalizing on the Las Vegas land market. Mr. Premsrirut holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with an emphasis in Financial and Real Estate Services from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Mr. Premsrirut is also an active philanthropist and is one of the founders of the Las Vegas Children Foundation, whose mission is to raise the standard of living for children in developing countries. Mr. Premsrirut is also a political activist and a large supporter of the Democratic Party and was on the National Finance Committee for Senator Hillary Clinton.

Mr. Smolarz joined Valtus as a Senior Advisor in April 2020. Since February 2019, he also is Managing Director of RS Global Gaming Finance LLC (Las Vegas), where he advises on real estate and hospitality M&A transactions. He previously was a Managing Director with Growth Capital Services/ Atalyst Financial Group, a FINRA licensed broker-dealer, from 2015- 2019, where he maintained a gaming and real estate investment banking practice.  He also concurrently served as Of Counsel on international corporate matters to the national Wilson Elser Law Firm in their Las Vegas and New York offices (2015-17).  He principally focuses on the real estate, lodging and gaming sectors regarding M&A, joint ventures, due diligence and debt and equity financings. Mr. Smolarz has over 35 years of corporate legal and financing experience, principally working with gaming, hospitality, multifamily development and homebuilding companies.

Mr. Smolarz is admitted and active in the New York and New Jersey Bars and is a CPA. He received his JD degree from Seton Hall University Law School and maintains the following FINRA registrations: Series 7, 63 and 65. He is a frequent speaker at real estate and gaming industry conferences sponsored by IMN and the American Bar Association.  He also is a graduate of Bernard Baruch College, School of Business, where he received a BBA with high honors.

Nicole Gehring is the Office Manager at Valtus. Prior to Nicole joining the team her background has been in Hospitality management. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor’s in Hospitality management with a concentration in meetings and events. She has managed multiple multimillion dollar companies including; JW Marriott, TAO Group Hospitality, Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group, 50 Eggs Hospitality.
