Storm Ainsley is a Managing Director at Valtus Capital Group. Prior to joining Valtus, Storm worked in Corporate Finance at Caesars Entertainment, one of the world’s largest gaming and entertainment companies. While there, he focused on evaluating and executing on strategic and M&A opportunities; and helped restructure the company’s balance sheet through capital raises which included secured and unsecured bonds, convertible notes, bank financing, and equity. Storm started his investment banking career in New York City, interning with HSBC. Storm received a B.S. in Finance from Cornell University.
